One down and another one waiting in the wings.
I am not usually one for finishing quilts, you might remember this one..... I am still chipping away at it.
But here is my finished Vintage Sheet Fat Quarter Cot Quilt.....
Hand stitched bias binding and all...
The photo is taken on my back veranda, see the stone wall? My whole house is made out of that stone, it's gorgeous but unfortunately 'tis only 2 bedrooms and there are 5 in our family. We will be selling it soon.... hopefully.
In other news, I have purchased more fabric....
These fabrics are going to be another cot quilt, for a friend who has just had a baby boy.
I love the brown zebra stripe fabric :-)
Have you heard about Wendy's giveaway?
I shall think about having a giveaway myself soon, any ideas?

Your cot quilt turned out beautiful, Lovely bunch of linens there!
You could make it easy and just give the quilt away to me....giggle*
Your quilt looks lovely, I wish I the skill.
We have also grown out of our old house and are starting the process of looking around. It can be a chore, however looking how other people decorate is interesting.
Thanks for wandering by my little blog.

oh how I love your new quilt. Hand quilted is the best. I also love your new fabrics for the cot quilt, such warm colours.
